Service Unknown to us, our warranty expired at 50,000 miles. We showed up for the 50,000 mile service at 50028. After discussion with our service person, Chris, it was agreed that VOLVO would cover the routine 50000 mile service. We have been VOLVO customers for 15 years. And once again we felt that VOLVO held to its standards of exceptional service. Based on this experience, it is likely that our next vehicle will be another VOLVO! More

The service was Good but nothing exceptional, I came back to pick up my car and noticed that it was not washed and still dirty on the outside. The gentleman did bring it to the back and wash it for me after I asked about it. The waiting area in this place was not the best for my kids who are 2 & 4, minimal activities and mediocre snacks and beverages. For a Volvo dealership to be in Bellevue I had a higher expectation than what was presented. I would say I had better experience at other dealerships. More

Fast an efficient repair One morning I got in my 2017 Volvo XC60 to discover water in the passenger-side footwell. Huh? Could it be the air conditioning? Something else/ I ca One morning I got in my 2017 Volvo XC60 to discover water in the passenger-side footwell. Huh? Could it be the air conditioning? Something else/ I called the dealer and made an appointment. They provided a loaner car - a beautiful, brand new Volvo S60 - and I went about my business. Later the service tech phoned to tell me that leaves had clogged the sun roof drain, and it had been cleared. I didn't feel like fighting traffic that afternoon - Seattle traffic is terrible - so they said it was all right if I came in the next morning. The whole experience was about as pleasant as a car repair can be. More

Worst buying experience ever! Autonation Bellevue Volvo was the worst buying experience ever. My wife has loved Volvos since she was a kid since her family used to exclusively purc Autonation Bellevue Volvo was the worst buying experience ever. My wife has loved Volvos since she was a kid since her family used to exclusively purchase older Volvo's and her father would restore them. This was our first luxury car purchase, and excited for the process. We went back and forth consider our options of the Volvo Overseas delivery program or the purchase the vehicle in Washington. Due to time constraints we decided to purchase the vehicle in Washington. We shopped around the various Volvo places in Washington but ultimately selected Autonation just because they had the vehicle that we wanted. Right away, we understood after doing our research that we knew much more about the car than the salesperson did. Which was annoying, but we lived. Next the purchasing process took forever, and the finance person made an error that we will get to later. Next they sold us a vehicle with almost 1,000 miles already on it and did not disclose this until I needed to sign the odometer disclosure. I wanted to end the process right there, but they had already driven away my trade in and I had a tired and hungry family waiting for the process going well into its third hour. When we got home, and saw the car in the daylight, it was filthy, and they had not bothered to wash the vehicle (inside or out), we we took the vehicle back for them to detail it. They also forgot several items such as floor mats, and the "red" key. After my fourth time back through there, the manager asked me "If you fill out this survey and give us high marks with Volvo, I will give you a $1,000 of extras". No thanks David, I think instead we will just forward your e-mail along to Volvo Headquarters. More
