We went over some numbers and at no time I felt he has pushing for a sale. He basically stated here's what I got for you if you want it. I assured him when I show up to the dealership if the numbers increase from what he promised, I was walking out. When I finally showed up everything was as promised, not a penny more than was quoted on the call. Michael was professional and pleasant to chat with, more important I never felt he as being pushy. If you looking to lease I highly recommend him More

Everyone at the dealership was kind and on top of business. I highly recommend doing business with them. I also go to the Union VW Service where every weekend for the $15 car wash. They are just great. This is my third VW, first from UNION , and even with the current issues on the emissions( not good! Shame on those that did this!) my new Jetta is an amazing vehicle. More
Horrible after sale customer service - difficult refund I went to this dealership because they were able to honor the truecar pricing. The dealer is not the closest VW dealer to my house but because of the I went to this dealership because they were able to honor the truecar pricing. The dealer is not the closest VW dealer to my house but because of the price of the car, I was willing to travel. When it came down to financing, the finance manager talked me into an extended warranty. Ultimately this was my decision but I did decide at the time to go ahead with the extended warranty. I decided to sell my car a few months later and requested a refund for the extended warranty. I started my request back in March/April of this year and to this day I still have not gotten my refund. The process seemed pretty straight forward initially, they asked me to come down to the dealership and sign the cancellation paperwork. I drove down even though as I mentioned, it was a bit of a drive. When I left the dealership that day, they said that the warranty would be cancelled and I would be given a full refund minus a $50 cancellation fee. A few days later, they still didn't process my refund and I was asked for copies of my warranty contract . I obliged even though they should of had this paperwork in their files. Once I submitted my contract, I was again assured that they would process the refund and it would go out to my finance company. I asked when I would be able to see the refund/credit to my account and was told it would reflect on the next billing cycle. Well the next bill comes and no credit was processed with my finance company so I tried contacting the dealer again. Luis Rodriguez now tells me that he no longer processes refunds and passed me off to another employee, Scott Miller. Even though Luis gave me the wrong number the first time around, I eventually was able to get in touch with Scott. At this point, it was already the end of May and they still didn't process my refund request. Scott proceeds to tell me that they only process refunds on Thursdays and to check back with him then. I follow up with Scott on Thursday and he eventually tells me my refund has been processed as of July 2nd. So I once again wait for the next billing cycle and (surprise, surprise) there is no credit. I contact Scott once more and he sends me a picture of the check that they supposedly sent out. Well not only was the date on the check was a few days after the July 2nd date, it also was not for the full amount that I originally paid. I questioned him regarding the amount and he said that he would look into it. Please remember that this is an extended warranty that was bought about 6 months prior to me making the cancellation request. The factory warranty was and still is in full effect so the extended warranty does not come into play whatsoever. Anyway, Scott does not get back to me and I wait another month to see if a credit on my account would show. My next statement comes and still nothing. I, once more, contact Scott (now it's the middle of August) and he says he will look into it. Once again, there is no follow on their part and like clockwork my statement comes with no credit. At this point, I actually call my finance company to verify that there is no payment pending/received and they confirm that there is nothing showing in their system. So last week, I sent an email to the Luis, Scott, and Ana Wood (the general manger listed on their website) regarding the matter and still no response. As of this moment, I still haven't received my refund and I have been left in the dark as to when/if they will actually process it. My experience has been with this dealership has been horrible! I would recommend that anyone shopping for a VW go to another dealer where they actually value their customers. The after sale customer service has been so unbelievably bad! I did not want to have to resort to writing bad reviews and complaints but my patience has run out. Do yourself a favor and stay away from this dealer! PS - Besides the warranty refund issue, I later found out that they blasted my credit when I applied for financing. More
horrible experience This was the worst experience I have ever had in buying a car. I was deceived from the very beginning and lied to by the finance manager. All the prom This was the worst experience I have ever had in buying a car. I was deceived from the very beginning and lied to by the finance manager. All the promises he made to me were false and when I went back I found out that he had been fired but no one else could do anything for me. So I am in a extremely bad situation and all they could say is I can't do anything for you. All that wanted was to make that one extra sale. More than disgusted and disappointed. More
Subpar Service for Top Rates per Hour I brought my car in for a battery replacement and wheel balancing. Service called me and said they discovered two oil leaks. It should be mentioned th I brought my car in for a battery replacement and wheel balancing. Service called me and said they discovered two oil leaks. It should be mentioned that I brought the car in two weeks earlier for an oil change and there was no mention of oil leaks. They also said I needed a wheel alignment (all 4 wheels). When i picked up the car, the radio was on and the volume was on high, the fan for AC and heat was on the highest setting. When I got the car home, I opened the hood and I discovered that the battery compartment cover wasn't snapped in place and was already near the fan area. When I first drove the car at highway speeds the next day, I discovered that the shimmy in the front wheels was worse than before the service. I brought the car to my local gas station and he showed me the incorrect placement of the weights on the front wheels. His comment was "whoever did this didn't know what they were doing." Now the shimmy is gone and he only charged $16/wheel, not $25 and he did it correctly. I just want you to know that you've lost a good customer. I live close to the service department and i would've continued to bring my there for all necessary service and maintenance. Now. I've lost all my faith in Union VW to properly service my car. I was ripped off for $100 for wheel balancing and $119 for a wheel alignment that wasn't needed. I think i will next write to the manufacturer. The car only has 30K miles on it and it's starting to have oil leaks! More
Terrible experience I bought a certified preowned car from this dealer and was deceived in multiple ways. They had lied and managed to hide the carfax from me and a week I bought a certified preowned car from this dealer and was deceived in multiple ways. They had lied and managed to hide the carfax from me and a week later when something went wrong with my car, I took it to get fixed under warranty and came to find that it was not covered because they had not put my car in the system as certified like I had paid for. Thouroughly disappointed. More

Typical Highway Dealership Experience I felt that my time was not valuable and I was certainly stressed by the experience. They had an absurd $10,000 increase, above retail sticker price o I felt that my time was not valuable and I was certainly stressed by the experience. They had an absurd $10,000 increase, above retail sticker price on the car that I was interested in. I was informed that I could purchase the car for full retail and that is why I came in. Frankly, there are several other fair and professional dealerships in the area to choose from like Douglas, Linden or Crestmont. Not recommended. More
The Customer should not be responsible for staff errors If I could give the Service Center no stars I would. Today I was scheduled for an 80,000 mile service. I called and made this appointment last Thursda If I could give the Service Center no stars I would. Today I was scheduled for an 80,000 mile service. I called and made this appointment last Thursday and was quoted a price of $369.00. While asking about the price, I asked the rep to detail all of the services that would be provided-which she did- which gave her ample time to correctly quote me a price. Fast forward to this morning, and while dropping the car off I was informed that the quote I was given was wrong, and the service would cost $629, nearly 300 more than I expected to pay. At no point was an apology rendered, nor was there any negotiate with me to see if the price could be reduced to an amicable amount. Needless to say, i took my keys back and dropped my car off to have the same services done for $475. (The same exact services VW purports would be provided at 80,000 miles) This is the second time in less than a year that I was told one thing while scheduling a service appointment, to be only told something different while dropping off my car. The integrity in car purchasing and servicing is already minimal in the car industry, it just sucks finding out first hand which servicers are really dragging this metric down. More
