I ordered a new Passat TDI in September. Due to high demand there was an unexpectedly long lead time to get my car. After a long wait, which was not the dealer's fault, I picked-up my car today. They ma demand there was an unexpectedly long lead time to get my car. After a long wait, which was not the dealer's fault, I picked-up my car today. They made the the paperwork easy and the salesman (Ken) did a great job of explaining the car to me. Even though they are on a busy highway I can say that throughout the process I did not feel like I was dealing with a typical "Highway" dealership. No high pressure or B.S. I would recommend them. We had the best experience at Union VW! We loved the atmosphere there, and the people were fantastic! We specifically bought from Union because Ken Pescatore was fantastic, incredibly knowledgeable (abo atmosphere there, and the people were fantastic! We specifically bought from Union because Ken Pescatore was fantastic, incredibly knowledgeable (about VW and about cars in general), and my husband and I both really liked him as a person and felt like we had known him forever. I would say, you can buy a VW from a variety of dealerships, but I wouldn't go ANYWHERE else! Go there and ask for Ken!!! By the way, we absolutely love our new Jetta SE Sportwagon!!! Thank you Ken!!! More

I have leased 3 of my last VW Jetta’s from a VW dealer out of county. I live in Union county and it was nice to hear that you brought a VW dealer to my area. I was very disappointed during my first and last visit to your dealer (not including service and parts). The only problem is your general sales manager. Tony, in your website you state, “Union Volkswagen is now conveniently located, easy to get to, and easy to do business with. So please, come in and see for yourself how we earn your business.” The whole reason why I went there was b/c is truly conveniently located and easy to get to but NOT easy to do business with! I eager and prepared to do business with but unfortunately your general sales manager wanted to rip me of on a deal that was no problem to be dealt with at another VW dealer. The deal was turned down by your general sales manager over $5. He turned down VW leasing customer who planned on returning an old leased car (2008 Jetta w/ less than 20K m.) and planned on leasing a 2011 Jetta. When I went to a different dealer in 45 mins I was driving my brand new 2011 Jetta. I will only visit Union VW for the free-maintenance!! Again, very disappointed I was not a first time buyer and it’s crazy to know that people are being ripped OFF by your Sales manager. For the record Danny was exceptionally great and very professional. *****For all readers, do stick to your numbers after all that’s your budget not the dealers budget.******** More
I purchased a used car from Union Volkswagen on March 12th. The transaction went smooth and the salesman whom I dealt with (Ali) was extremely nice and very helpful. The day after I purchased the car t 12th. The transaction went smooth and the salesman whom I dealt with (Ali) was extremely nice and very helpful. The day after I purchased the car there was an issue with the instrument cluster light and I called Ali who went the extra mile and had my issue repaired free of charge. My main issue with them started a couple of weeks later. I live in Pennsylvania so I had a temporary tag which expired on April 1st. I was told by the finance manager that I would have my PA tag before then. I called on March 30th and was told that they would have the plates sent to them on Friday and they would overnight them to me. Ok, not a problem. I called them Friday to make sure the tags were in and sent out and they told me that the office closes at 5 and they have no way of seeing if they went out but if I was told that they went out Friday, then they're sure they did. So I called Saturday and, of course, the office is closed on the weekends but the woman I spoke to said that she was told the tags were in fact overnighted to me and I should have them by Monday at the latest. Monday comes and no tags. I was lied to. I emailed the dealer and was told that the tags would arrive today and would be overnighted that day so I should receive them Tuesday. Tuesday comes, and no tags. Lie #2. Growing more frustrated because I'm staring at a car I cannot legally drive, I was told that the plates arrived Tuesday and should be overnighted. So we shall see if they arrive tomorrow but at this rate, I doubt it. These people will tell you anything to shut you up and get you off the phone. I do not appreciate being lied to, especially twice. If they were just honest and said that the hold up is from the state, then I would've gladly called the state. I get that paperwork being handled by the state takes MUCH longer than it should. But don't tell me that you sent me something when you didn't. After being told that they were overnighted when in fact they were not is just bad business practice. Don't lie to your customers. The fact that this dealership has only been around for 3 months should've been a red flag. More
I had a great experience at Union VW. After visiting I had a great experience at Union VW. After visiting 2 other VW dealerships where the customer service was mediocre at best, the staff at Union VW were very helpful, straightforward, friendly and made me feel comfortable. Also, they were not pushy at all, which I find to be the case at dealerships in general. They made sure I understood everyhing and answered all of my questions. This was my first time buying a car and Union VW made everything very easy. Thank you! More
After many, many trips to dealers, we happened upon Union VW. We were skeptical, as we hadn't heard of many deals going on for President's Day. However, from the moment we walked into the dealership we fel VW. We were skeptical, as we hadn't heard of many deals going on for President's Day. However, from the moment we walked into the dealership we felt comfortable and relaxed. Danny took great care to answer any and all of our questions, and worked to get us the best price possible. This was my first experience leasing a new car- after visiting the Honda's and Chevy's of the world, Union VW is in a class of it's own. I'm happy to say I'm now the owner of a new 2011 VW Jetta, and not just because it's a great car. More
