NIGHTMARE EXPERIENCE!!!! I am 40 years old and have been leasing cars for the past 20 years. My experience at Union VW was by far the worst I have ever encountered. They had three different salesman dealing with me all throughout different to points of my visit. During the time, each would contradict each other in some fashion and make misleading statements at one point or another but you can clearly see they were working in cahoots in effort to try to confuse me and rip me off. The setting was totally unprofessional and chaotic. They yell to each other from across the room while several employees smoke their E-cigarettes inside the showroom. I thank my lucky stars that I did not proceed forward with a deal at this location because nothing worked in harmony there. I hope ownership at this dealership takes a good look at what's occurring. POTENTIAL BUYERS BEWARE! In all fairness, Louis in the Finance Department was very professional and had a seemed very honest. More

He was helpful, friendly, and did a pretty good job expediting where possible I purchased via True Car, and worked with Mike Brown at the dealership. Mike also was helpful post-purchase, with some of the administrative aspects, such as getting license plates (he even shipped them to my house). I'd go back to Mike to buy another VW, if/when that day comes. Also, it sounds like their service station for maint/repairs is very nice. More
