Fraudulent wheel insurance Purchased a used Porsche Panamera from Scott Miller and was sent to the financial department which offered a wheel insurance which I purchased for $15 Purchased a used Porsche Panamera from Scott Miller and was sent to the financial department which offered a wheel insurance which I purchased for $1595 from that individual. Two years later I experienced a problem and called the insurance company to file a claim. I was told there was no record of the purchase and there was no policy in effect. I then called Union VW and was given a run around on the first two calls. Finally I asked for the salesman who sold me the car and he finally returned my call. He informed me he was now the GM and I explained my problem. He told me that they would need to do something. I talked to him again and he said he would have to get back me. I placed three calls to him after that but have gotten no response. I am out the premium and the tire and wheel losses which I have. I cannot recommend this dealer and its management to anyone and would recommend no one deal with a dealership which performs fraudulent operations. More

prices are too high!!! Every time I go to the service center it takes a ridiculous amount of time, and the prices are outrageous. Needed a new tire and was quoted 280, plus they had to order it but had no idea when it would be in. Went to Costco and got the tire for 139. My oil change price is different every time too, and this time I called them on it and got it adjusted. So fed up w the jacked up prices and wasting my time. More

The best around I drove 40 miles Bc I like there service I walked in the asked what I'm looking for I had two options and I didn't no witch to pick. I ended up geting one. Got me a beter deal and lower interest rate with in 2 yrs I'm deff doing bizzness with them again I sent a family member and they also came home with a car I'm not saying the rest are bad. But for my 7th delarship this one was the best of the best F.S More

Tire & Rim Insurance STAY AWAY FROM THIS DEALERSHIP AT ALL COSTS. I HAVE BEEN WAITING ON GETTING MY RIM FIXED FOR OVER 2 MONTHS NOW AND THERE IS STILL NO RESOLUTION TO TH STAY AWAY FROM THIS DEALERSHIP AT ALL COSTS.
