Worst Sales Experience ever I am giving VW of Union 1 star, only because there is no option to give 0 stars. This serously may have been the worst sales experience I have ever ha I am giving VW of Union 1 star, only because there is no option to give 0 stars. This serously may have been the worst sales experience I have ever had the misfortune to stumble upon. My son was looking to buy his first car, and was considering a new VW Jetta. When the Salesman asked if he was going to buy tonight, he said that he was planning on buying in a week or two but wanted to test drive the vehicle. The Salesman came back and actually said with a straight face that the manager won't let him take a test drive, because "we just can't go around putting miles on our vehicles. Come back on the day that you want to buy." Anybody that comes in with their father on a Thursday night is obviously not just wasting time, and trying for free joy rides. I promptly told him that I was happy that business was going so well for them that they could afford to lose a customer, and that we would never buy a car from them. I would advise everyone else to stay away as well More
