Excellent help I just got off airplane and picked up my car,then I got flat tire! Imagine how upset I was. I called a towing service to tow my car to this dealer wit I just got off airplane and picked up my car,then I got flat tire! Imagine how upset I was. I called a towing service to tow my car to this dealer without knowing what would happen. But to my surprises, although they seemed to be busy, they took care of me right away. After they confirmed my tire was available in the inventory, they installed the tire and also checked other three tires for me. I was very happy about their service. Thank you! More
Had to wait 7.5 hours for nothing. I brought my car in at 9:00am on August 31 , 2018, to have my car serviced for the air conditioner which is covered under my service contract as well I brought my car in at 9:00am on August 31 , 2018, to have my car serviced for the air conditioner which is covered under my service contract as well as purchase 2 front tires, an oil change and have the brakes checked. I was informed prior to leaving that if my car was kept I would be given a loner car, while the car was being repaired. After 7 hours, I was not contacted by the office with an update, so I called the service center at 4pm to follow-up on the status of my car since the service center closed at 6pm. I was told that the service advisor (Victoria Scoleri) was with another customer and she would call me back. At 4:30 pm, my call was returned and I was informed that the mechanic was on the phone with Acura for 2 hours, because your machines were not able to diagnose the engine to find out what was wrong with the air conditioner and I would need to schedule another appointment with Acura for the repair as well as Progressive would be submitting a claim even though I purchased the car from you at Volkswagon of Union and had (supposedly) gotten a diagnostic last year. I authorized the brake repair, oil change and two front tires, on September 1, 2018, I was called at 10am and informed that my car was ready, but when I picked up my car only the brakes and oil change had been done. I was charged $338.08 for parts and $487 for labor for the brakes totaling$825.08. I have never gotten service done where the labor is more than the parts, was I charged for the 2 hour phone call, at a rate of 134.95, which serviced nothing! I also paid $64.94 for parts on the oil change and $25.01 for labor. I was already disappointed about my a/c after leaving my car all day and didn't feel like waiting for them to change the tires. I feel it's unfair to have had to call you after 7 hours, rather than your representative having consideration to call me prior to an hour to closing time, after I called you. Had I been informed earlier I would have been able to take the car somewhere else, rather than have to take another day off work to have my car repaired.
