Mixed experience I bought a new car and if I’m now describing my experience I only can say it was mixed. What I liked was the first discussion with the sales person ab I bought a new car and if I’m now describing my experience I only can say it was mixed. What I liked was the first discussion with the sales person about the car, what I like and need. The presentation was good and showed a good knowledge of the sales person about the car. What I didn’t like was the process of price negotiation. I discussed the prices with the sales person and he went to the sales management to discuss the offer. The sales management was hidden in a glass box and had no interaction with the customer. Gives the impression that I also could have bought the car over the internet. At the day I got the car the process took hours to prepare the paperwork. I spend 2 hours waiting for the papers to be finalized. As I received the car I noticed that an optional component was not in the car which I thought it is. After a long discussion with the sales team it was turned in the direction that I should have read the window sticker line by line. I trusted the sales person and forgot to see the car with my on eyes. Lesson learned for the next time. More

Exceeded expectations The folks in service said they would do their best to complete the replacement of my radiator this past Saturday. I asked if they could do by 4:00. Got a call from Ed at 9:45 to acknowledge Car was in shop (I left in lot the night before) and they cautioned they would do their best to complete by 4:00 but it would be tough since so many jobs at once and I would def get on monday. Either way, I would get a status call by 2:00. At exactly 2:00, I get a call from Ed letting me know it was completed! Nice surprise! When I get there, I asked Erninda if my coupon could help reduce the cost by $20. She did better by giving me $50 off! On top of that, I was able to get 12 mos of interest free financing via VW credit. Overall, it was a positive experience, though my husband who was there with me wanted to know why a Tiguan radiator which costs about $100 something odd dollars would cost 3x as much here. Answer is simple: cuz we are dealing with a dealership, Markups are pretty high. That’s my only complaint. More
Oil Change and Blind Spot Repair Came in for a scheduled oil change and also requested diagnostics of my blind spot monitor. They also added in a recall of the sunroof lighting. Worst experience I’ve had Pretentious obnoxious arrogant. They failed as sales people and human beings. I would never recommend it to anybody.
