I was told my car is “as sensitive as a temperamental woman” I am a 32 year old woman who was picking up her car after service and was told “This car is very sensitive, like a temperamental woman.” It is so sens I am a 32 year old woman who was picking up her car after service and was told “This car is very sensitive, like a temperamental woman.” It is so sensitive that it cannot hold my phone charger for a long period of time. To which the service rep advised me to get a cheap charger instead. He was not making sense. I felt confused and not safe with how sensitive my car apparently is and by his remarks. More

Emergency Tire Replacement Blew out a tire on a rainy morning and this was the closest VW service center. The took me in out of the rain, replaced my tire, washed and vacuumed Blew out a tire on a rainy morning and this was the closest VW service center. The took me in out of the rain, replaced my tire, washed and vacuumed my car and got me out in about 2 hours. Not bad for just dropping in. Coffee and bagels whole waiting was a bonus. I had the tire insurance and they handled all of the paperwork for me. The Passat had a recall for a software update and they took care of that as well. More

Verbally harassed My family was in the market for a new car and came to Union because of convenience and they looked to have a model in stock that we wanted. After only My family was in the market for a new car and came to Union because of convenience and they looked to have a model in stock that we wanted. After only a few minutes, Christian was commenting me on my hair, my tattoos, and my piercings, all with my family and husband together. When we were waiting for him to get us information/pricing, he was loitering and staring. I called the dealership after getting home and left a VM with the manager, Mike. While he called me back once (I missed him because he called during the work day), he didn’t apologize nor make any other attempts to call me and understand what happened. Instead, he had a female colleague call my husband to try and win back our business. Sorry, you lose. You don’t get to treat customers that way and get away with it in this day/age, and I hope my review keeps other women, and people who don’t think they should be treated in this fashion, away from this dealership.
