Push button replacement I made an appointment to bring my car in because the push button start was not working properly. Dropped off on Thursday and was able to order part an I made an appointment to bring my car in because the push button start was not working properly. Dropped off on Thursday and was able to order part and fix it by Saturday 👍🏼 Also when I dropped my car off I was informed of a recall on my car so that was able to be replaced as well! My two suggestions would be VW improving letting customers know of recalls and being more forthcoming with a courtesy vehicle. More

They messed my car up. I will never recommend this dealership to anyone because they messed my car up and didn’t take responsibility for any of it... I had to have a tow truck remove my car for that dealership to another... they didn’t offer help or anything... they even laughed at me when the tow truck removed my car from that dealership. I WILL NEVER RECOMMEND NO ONE TO THIS DEALERSHIP. More

Her demeanor is terrific, especially for a family like ours where many times we disagreed on what features we wanted in the vehicle. Nadia remained upbeat and patient the whole time and always with a smile on her face. She even took the time to walk my daughter through all of the tech in our new Tiguan on a dark and stormy Tuesday night while it was raining buckets! My car was repaired with speed I brought my car in due to a check engine problem and quickly discovered that the oil tank cap had fallen off. I was happy that the car was cleaned up, oil change was done, and the cap was replaced within one day. The representative was kind and courteous. All questions were answered to my satisfaction.
