I visited this dealership originally to look at a CC the first person I met was the owner he asked if needed help I replied yes. So I went to the Passat and again he offered the test drive this felt and handled much much better. While driving I asked him to work up a deal on this car. For a young man he was very knowledgeable about the produce...not just lip service he showed how things worked. This is my very first dealings with VW and this was a good experience. I recommend you ask for this sales man when you walk into this dealership. The owner was correct he is a professional.
