Zach was great to work with. Financing dept less than impressive. Tried getting me to sign for stuff I never ordered like rustproofing after I had already said know. Three different “packages” they asked me to sign as if I had agreed to any of them. That would have added $80 to my monthly bill. Very satisfied with sales. Not so much financing dept. More

I didn’t appreciate that when I came in to have the timing on my Jetta they took it upon themselves to look at the filters and numerous other issues without my approval and then asked me if they could timing on my Jetta they took it upon themselves to look at the filters and numerous other issues without my approval and then asked me if they could have more time to check the timing and then decided to charge me a ridiculous amount of 400.00 to tell me me my timing was off and then they quote me a price of 1100.00 to time my car! You guys want to screw me without a kiss!! I will never bring my car there again! Done with you🤬🤬 More
