Everything seemed to be fine, except for the lady who sets up the appointment and who you deal with face to face. Can’t remember her first name but last name is Korhonen. Dan was fast when it came to communication. If I ever needed anything he was right there or responded within minutes. I added two other services in addition to what the repairs called for. When it came to sending the bill to my less-than-intelligent insurance company, he even highlighted everything that pertained to Travellers insurance and the two extra services he labeled as “internal” so it wouldn’t confuse the insurance co. I am so impressed with how fast the repairs were and how he kept me in constant communication. Can’t thank him enough. That man definitely needs a raise or a bonus!! Lol More

My wife and I were traveling and the battery in our 2012 VW EOS went south while in Two Harbors MN. I called VW of Duluth and spoke with Dan Huffman at 10:30 AM on Wednesday 6/14/23. He confirmed that the VW EOS went south while in Two Harbors MN. I called VW of Duluth and spoke with Dan Huffman at 10:30 AM on Wednesday 6/14/23. He confirmed that the dealer had the proper battery in-house. He indicated that if I arrived at 12:15 PM he could squeeze us in at 12:30 PM. Work to replace the battery began at 12:30 PM and was completed at 12:45 PM .... amazing. Thank you, Dan. You're #1. We greatly appreciated what you did for us. More
