I only got to work with Luis. He seemed to be the only guy working on anything even though there were 4 guys in the office. I literally had to ask for help in order to be acknowle He seemed to be the only guy working on anything even though there were 4 guys in the office. I literally had to ask for help in order to be acknowledged, by any of the other guys. Very strange. That aside, Luis provided exceptional service and took care of me. For that reason I am content. It’s just good to bring awareness to this issues with the other people working the service, because it’s almost like Luis was the only one helping. The other guys were not in calls either. I’m sure other customers felt the same frustration too….. More
