I will never go there again. Worst service ever. They never return calls and bassically they told me “it is what it is”. It took them almost 3 weeks and what i believe were lies Worst service ever. They never return calls and bassically they told me “it is what it is”. It took them almost 3 weeks and what i believe were lies regarding a backorder part. But suddenly when i left a energetic voicemail to the manager representative they magically found the part my car needed. I was under warranty, so im assuming thats the reason they figure they could make me wait that much. They never returned calls, and at one point i tried talking with a different representative. Its just a clown show. Never again , ill just take my car to another volkswagen dealer! More
