Sold my car March 23, 2024 and didn't get my check until May 16, 2024 after they assured I would get my check within two weeks. They spelled my name wrong on the check so could not cash it, when I went to pick it up again it was locked in the office because an employee left it there, and then an employee took my check home so when I came to pick it up he said he left it at home. A manager promised a giftcard for all the "hassle" and "terrible experience" which obviously I never got. Manager Matt never followed up. I am so happy that two of my colleagues and friends took my advice and didn't go here for business. More

I came in because the light bulb over licence plate was out and indicator light present.. I paid $425 to run diagnostic and replace bulbs. But socket needs changed and then they wanted another $375 to f out and indicator light present.. I paid $425 to run diagnostic and replace bulbs. Herberto was kind enough to say that they would finish the job forfeiting the $375 after I said I can't justify $800 for this repair...just so expensive. I don't love the text for approval, prefer someone call and let me know details. Appreciated the wash and vacuum. More
