Wait almost 3 hours just for them to check my tire light & turns out all they did was reset the dash or whatever. Then an oil change was almost $180 until they applied a discount. More

Andrea, very sorry about the wait. No excuse- 3 hrs is entirely too long for an oil change and TPMS concern. I thought the shop was running smooth today but that doesnt sound like that was your experience. Please accept my apologies and I promise to do better on your next visit. Also, I would love to have an opportunity to review oil change prices. We should be extremely competitive with everyone around us. But it would be great to hear from you so I know if we didnt do a good job of competitive shopping. Thanks, Mike 312-628-4830
