My experiences with this particular location has gone down since my original purchase in January of '23. My last two advisors have treated me with such disregard that I will not return to them/the deal down since my original purchase in January of '23. My advisor during my last two experiences has been short with me and has lacked the ability/ desire to talk me through the the steps required to get me and my vehicle back into a good position. I have made it clear several times that this is my first independently owned vehicle and that I need clarity on different areas along the way. Each service/ visit is likely a first time situation for me. I feel little, and like I am not important. I feel like a sale, a number. Not a face, an investment (which is exactly what this is.) More
