Let me be clear about what actually happened: The $439 monthly payment with $3,457 down was never presented to me. Had those numbers been offered, I would have immediately signed for even a base model 2024 Atlas Cross Sport. So if Julio is claiming these were the terms offered, that's simply untrue. The reality? I was quoted over $700 monthly for just the BASE model. For context, I ended up driving home in a 2024 R-Line SEL with only 30 miles on the odometer - a fully loaded model - for significantly less. What's even more absurd is that you had the exact car I initially wanted - a 2024 SEL R-Line in Black on Black. But Julio dismissed it outright, claiming it was 'out of my budget' and would lease for '$1,100 or more.' This proved to be completely false, as I got a comparable fully-loaded model elsewhere for much less. This kind of misleading behavior from a sales manager is exactly what gives dealerships a bad reputation.

Sometimes we really do not do a good job. I read this and I totally understand the frustrations. I personally looked into this. I do want to let you know that what I see on my end is $3457 total out of pocket. That is to cover $1597 in taxes, $1418 in plates, doc fee and Aquisition fee and the first payment (so just what is referred to as start-ups) and a monthly payment of $439.. The difference from this verse the advertised price you came in on is this is a comparably equipped 2025 vs the advertised vehicle being a 2024. I apologize as I do not see anything about $700 a month or $4770 down (as mentioned in the other review). I want to apologize as this is always the case of us not doing our jobs well when we do not explain them well. But the numbers you left our store with were $3457 down $439 per month. Please accept my apologies for the visit not going the way you had hoped but in comparison to the deal you ended up with (3100 down & $527 per month) this deal was only $350 more out of pocket and $88 dollars less. Again, I do not know the exact car you left with but the car you viewed here was apparently much less monthly. Again, sorry for your experience and please enjoy your new Atlas. Thank you Update: Mr Rrhudema, I did not speak with Julian. This was the last deal structure saved to your file. We close at 8pm and Julian is gone for the evening. Unfortunately, we missed out on your business as that was a deal its looks like we intended to offer but possibly did not do a good job communicating that. I will speak with Julian tomorrow but that is what is saved under your name. I am glad you found a car you like and only wish it couldve been us to earn your business. I did not run a SEL Rline so I am not sure where that one wouldve leased at. Please accept my apologies, congrats on your new car, and hopefully we can do better next time
