Because of that fact I have had occasion to deal with dealerships and repair shops all over the country. This place is special. I have a VW touareg V10 TDI and absolutely love it. It is now ready to be retired after almost 9 years of service. Dave Walters is the only dealer to have touched my car and I am grateful for their dedication to customer service and incredible attention to detail. My last visit was to have both turbochargers replaced and routine maintenance. I was out of the country for part of the time and Sasha consistently kept me up to date with the progress and expected cost. I was quoted a timeline and fee, given time to mull over my options, and assisted in determining my vehicle's value. We decided to proceed with the repair and it was done UNDER BUDGET AND AHEAD OF SCHEDULE!!!!!!! NOBODY DOES THAT ANYMORE!!!! My car was beautiful when I returned and all my old parts were available for inspection. By the way, the service bays in the shop are spotless. The whole service team is amazing. They are knowledgable, friendly, and most of all honest. You will never regret trusting your automobile to this team. More

Very friendly and helpful sales team I found a used Jetta on the Dave Walter website and emailed that I was interested in test driving it.
