Tom is the Man, Helped Me get a Purdy new GTI! I recently totaled my car and was in pretty desperate need. I came into the dealership because they had a beautiful white GTI I was interested in. I called Tom an mentioned that I wanted to look at the car and talk numbers. When I got there the car was already out front and as soon as I walked in Tom greeted me immediately. This dude has a dope office, tons of surfer-est stuff around, a fake fireplace and whole place smelled like mint. Tom was a really nice guy to talk to and never made me feel like I was being pressured. I test drove the car and was pretty much in love. When it came down to brass tax they hit me with basically the exact number that TrueCar called the "Average Fair Price." We negotiated for a bit and ended up at a pretty great number for the car (below what true call called a great deal!). With some very nice dealer perks thrown in. All the financial stuff went over to David who was able to cut some sweet deals on the Titanium package and extending out my free servicing. All in all I left there very happy and super excited about my new car :) More

I was in the market for a car for my 16 year old Daughter, admittedly I was dreading the used car run around. The team at Dave Walters took the time to understand our need and more importantly make the process easy and fun. My main sales rep Justin did an excellent job in introducing the Vehicle and getting additional paperwork completed so we could use the car for a Drivers Ed Class, David in finance was thorough and efficient and Aaron was the perfect partner to show us every feature on the car before we left the lot. They literally wrapped the car in a Red Bow and made my teenagers day. We will be back and recommend this dealer to all of our friends. More

Out of state purchase made easy I live in Massachusetts and my 22 year old daughter, a college student in OH, had to purchase a used car that would be registered in my name in Mass. After my daughter looked at several vehicles at the side-of-the-road used car dealers, we looked online and found one we liked online at Dave Walter. Unfortunately, when she got there, that car was no longer available. Justin suggested another car for her to look at, but it was above our strict budget. He assured her they would work with us on it. After the test drive and a check of the car fax provided online, I made an offer and it was accepted with all fees and taxes paid for (OTD). I gave my credit card deposit over the phone, and the rest of the process was so easy. Justin knew exactly what to do with a transaction with an out-of-state buyer and made sure my daughter and I were both comfortable with the process. Through text messages, sending photos, and some overnight mail, he got the job done so quickly - she drove it off the day after the test drive. I can't believe how lucky we were to find this dealer and how the transaction, which I thought would be so complicated, was made so easy. On top of that, we got an excellent deal on a fantastic VW that was originally sold and serviced at Dave Walter, so they told us exactly what we were getting. She's had it two weeks and we absolutely love it. Thank you so much, Justin! More
