Tom Hoza was incredibly understanding and coordinated with other sales members to help me if he couldn't be there at the random times I was available. Aaron Heinlein worked with me to find the exact vehicle with options I wanted and was able to rush delivery before my next trip. Bad service dask personal I bring car in the service,what should be coverd by warranty I paid out of my pocket,I come to pick up the car,not knowing it will be charges,did not I bring car in the service,what should be coverd by warranty I paid out of my pocket,I come to pick up the car,not knowing it will be charges,did not have all money on me,they did not let me have the car to go get money,not even key to call customer care from the car,treat me like bigest criminal,waited 1 hour and 30 minutes for somebody to bring me money,so I can get my car back.I am customer at that dealerships for about 15 years,pretty much they know me from all previus visits ,but no trusts,no even try to help so I can get the money,her answer was if you don't paid you not going to get your car, More
