Each time during my last three visits I've had service done to my car including just getting an inspection. I haven't been notified either time when my car is finished, after waiting for a while I usually done to my car including just getting an inspection. I decided not to do a survey based off of a couple bad appointments but a third time is an issue. More

The service team is always polite and helpful. The only thing that would make it better is to improve communication and give the customer more frequent updates.
