I've had better experiences here. Let me start with the good. I was very happy they got the main issue covered under warranty and gave me a ride homevand back. Now for the not so good. When I was informed what needed to be done and didn't want all the work done it seemed to make the tech unpleased. Once the work was done and I went to pay. The cashier seemed over worked and and unhappy. There was another person there that wasn't doing anything. I don't know if they were on break or what. I feel the place is good just need to get the right service person! More

Took 2021 Palisade in for oil loss at 1k miles since oil change. They started oil consumption test. Brought it back at 1.1k. They said all set it is full. I have picture showing dipstick.indicates oil loss. change. They started oil consumption test. Brought it back at 1.1k. They said all set it is full. I have picture showing dipstick.indicates oil loss. I aslo told them I have video showing engine noise at start up. Loud ticking. Two other shops mentioned it to me. The dealer did not even look at the video. Said I would need to leave vehicle over night to evaluate noise. They could have heard noise right then. Also told them I just had to.replace rear rotors and pads due to metal on metal at 43k miles. Usually fronts wear much faster than rears. They said since most of the weight is in the front. the rear brakes are not used that much so the tend to rust and cause grooves. Have never heard this on any other vehicle. Also when initially purchased, the vehicle did not have the correct trailer wire connector. Dealer blamed Hyundia and offered no remedy. I eventually went to trailer hitch shop and they fixed it for $75. Hyundai and Vision Hyundai take no responsibility for any defects or issues. Do not buy fro. Vision Hyundai. More
Always take extra care to service my car properly and efficiently. Even in dire situations where I did not have an appointment, they were able to work with me to get my car fixed up. **Dishonest Bait and Switch: Stay Away! ** If I could give *ZERO* stars, I would! Vision Hyundai of Rochester, NY, is a perfect example of deceptive and unethical business practices. They ** If I could give *ZERO* stars, I would! Vision Hyundai of Rochester, NY, is a perfect example of deceptive and unethical business practices. They sent out a mailer advertising a $29.99 oil change, and their website *still* showed the same deal when I checked. But when I arrived at their service department, I was told that the deal “wasn't valid” anymore and the actual price was $79.99 because “the price of oil has risen.” Seriously? They refused to honor their own mailer *and* the price advertised on their website, leaving me feeling like this was a classic bait-and-switch situation. If they can't even honor something as simple as an oil change, I can't imagine trusting them with anything bigger. It's incredibly frustrating to take time out of my day only to be lied to and disrespected. I promptly walked out and took my business elsewhere, and I strongly suggest anyone reading this do the same. Don't waste your time or money with Vision Hyundai of Henrietta. If they won’t honor their own promotions, what else are they cutting corners on? Save yourself the headache and go somewhere that values their customers and their word! More
