awful experience. had an out of state co-sign, took 2 weeks for paperwork just to get there. problems with a notary refusing to sign off on paperwork, because everything was too messy or unorganized. the weeks for paperwork just to get there. problems with a notary refusing to sign off on paperwork, because everything was too messy or unorganized. the “salesman” who i worked with, gave me the wrong business card the FIRST DAY which got the ball rolling on missed phone calls, straight up ignoring phone calls, and just an overall xxxxty attitude. my mother actually came with me to look at said car, and this xxxxxx wouldn’t even give her the time of day. said not one word to her, and actively ignored her questions. why would i want to buy a car from someone who can’t be bothered to respect my mother, even the slightest? the salesmen i guess has no problem working with men to close a deal, just don’t be a woman or else you’re getting zero respect. honestly there’s so much more bad that happened, it’s just that the sale finally ended about 2 weeks before writing this review, a month after i first walked through their doors and i never want to think about this place again. TL;DR just don’t go here. whatever you do, don’t go here. literally anywhere else would be a better option than here More

My experience with Cam and the Service Team was exceptionally good, from start to finish! They're a great team. It was the Sales Team that gives me issues. I keep getting emails, postcards, letters exceptionally good, from start to finish! They're a great team. It was the Sales Team that gives me issues. I keep getting emails, postcards, letters, and calls from them trying to get me to trade in my Elantra. I've asked to be taken off the "Sales" pitch list several times. While my car was in for service, within 20 minutes, I received 2 approaches to me asking me if I was ready to trade in my car. I have no intention of trading it in. I'm planning to drive it till it dies. Your Service Dept takes such good care of it, that it runs like a brand new car, so I plan on having it a very long time, thanks to their great work. More
