They almost didn't honor my free oil change coupon because I was told "they are no longer accepted." The only reason it was accepted was that the manager was helping another customer for a prolonged period of time so my attendant approved it, but did take my coupon card which had one more available oil change. This coupon code was initially given to me in the first place because this dealership did a mileage service and charged me without my knowledge after I had already gotten it done at a different Hyundai dealership. Ok experience - the odds things that happened to me there were 1) they wanted to change the car I was buying after I put a deposit down, 2) They wanted me to join the Parma/Hilton Historical Society in order were 1) they wanted to change the car I was buying after I put a deposit down, 2) They wanted me to join the Parma/Hilton Historical Society in order to secure financing (not making that up), and 3) There were digital documents that had errors that I had to sign anyway because "there was no way to change them". 4) The finance guy told me twice that he didn't know where the vehicle price came from after I questioned why it was different from any number I saw before. 5) They didn't let Hyundai know I bought the vehicle, so now I need to prove ownership in order to get the Bluelink (I didn't have to do this when I bought a similar vehicle last year). All a little fishy. More
