Our experience at Vision Hyundai in Henrietta was absolutely first-class! I had spoken with Mark, negotiated the deal, and drove from NYC to the Henrietta dealership to sign and drive the new vehicle absolutely first-class! We purchased Ziebart undercoating, but could not get an appointment to have it done. After four telephone calls to Vision, with no results over a weeks time, we finally called Ziebart directly. The staff was polite and thorough with the service for my Tucson. Needed oil change and tires rotated and ended up getting the 15,000 mile check that included all I needed done and then some. I believed I had an appt at 1:30 for an oil change and to explore a recall. I was#5 in the driveway. Harrison took key. At approx. 3:15 I went to service upon seeing my car parked outside.
