Stay away! There is no customer service once vehicle is purchased. Manager refused to speak with me when I have a legitimate complaint. I am driving a 2021 with illegal plates because the dealership can' purchased. Manager refused to speak with me when I have a legitimate complaint. I am driving a 2021 with illegal plates because the dealership can't conduct a simple plate transfer from the car I traded. NYS DMV can't untangle the mess Vision made. My next step is to hire an attorney. My experience with Vision has been a nightmare. More
