I had spoken with Mark, negotiated the deal, and drove from NYC to the Henrietta dealership to sign and drive the new vehicle absolutely first-class! We purchased Ziebart undercoating, but could not get an appointment to have it done. After four telephone calls to Vision, with no results over a weeks time, we finally called Ziebart directly. Ziebart sai appointment to have it done. After four telephone calls to Vision, with no results over a weeks time, we finally called Ziebart directly. I believed I had an appt at 1:30 for an oil change and to explore a recall. I was#5 in the driveway. Harrison took key. At approx. 3:15 I went to service upon seeing my car parked outside.
