The service team is always polite and helpful. The only thing that would make it better is to improve communication and give the customer more frequent updates. I appreciate that my free oil changes for life was honored. Greg Melino issued that to me when I bought my 2020 Tucson and initially I was told it would not be carried over by the new owners. I thought 90 minutes was too long for only an oil change. In the future, I would rather be told up front how long the visit would take so I could make plans to leave for that time. I have been a Vision customer since 2008 when I bought my first Tucson that I drove for 12 years because of the great care I took of that car and the service I received from Vision Hyundai.
