I am very frustrated lately with this dealership. Every time I calk I have to leave a message for the service department. Last time I called I never got a call back. Matthew lied that the drive testing was about 1 hour but the car was in the backyard standing for two hours I made an appointment online and your store texted me for confirmation but the system did not show the car was in the backyard standing for two hours I made an appointment online and your store texted me for confirmation but the system did not show up for my appt upon my arrival. The multi-point inspection was done but they did not top off all liquids-another lie! What a huge disappointment! I missed the team at your store 5 years ago and I have been a customer at your store since 2001 and the old team was gone! More

What an absolute waste of time! We called 3 times during the week to confirm and make sure the 2 cars we wanted to test drive were available. We drove 1.5 hrs to see them. The first car had a chunk of paint missing down to the frame that was not visible in any photo and it was going to rust. They would not be fixing it. Ok. So, let's move on. Um...first they tell us they can't find the key to the second car. Then, 20 minutes later they tell us, oh, we found that key, but "it's all messed up" so we need to find the second key. Another 15 minutes. Nope. No key. So, then I start asking questions- "when we called 3 times, and you said that the cars would be ready for us to test drive.....um...were you lying? How did you get the car here without a key? Can I see the "messed up" key?" Amazingly, they once again could not find the first "messed up" key again. We left. We won't be back. More
