As always, since 1999, I came in gave the service writer my mileage , checked the items that needed attention, and went to the waiting room and was promptly called when the car was finished. I went to the Service Department because I needed a new windshield wiper and wiper arm...I was seen in a timely fashion and part of my problem was fixed in a timely fashion as well!
