The staff is friendly enough. But having a hard time scheduling a time to leave my vehicle overnight for service to look at an engine noise. I need a loaner and for 2 weeks I have been told there isn’t one available. I don’t understand that if I schedule a specific date and time to drop off my vehicle and tell service that I will need a loaner car that they can’t either hold one for me or work out a date and time when they will have one. Very frustrated which is the reason for lower rating. Tempted to go to another Hyundai dealer for service. More
