**Dishonest Bait and Switch: Stay Away! ** If I could give *ZERO* stars, I would! Vision Hyundai of Rochester, NY, is a perfect example of deceptive and unethical business practices. They ** If I could give *ZERO* stars, I would! Vision Hyundai of Rochester, NY, is a perfect example of deceptive and unethical business practices. They sent out a mailer advertising a $29.99 oil change, and their website *still* showed the same deal when I checked. But when I arrived at their service department, I was told that the deal “wasn't valid” anymore and the actual price was $79.99 because “the price of oil has risen.” Seriously? They refused to honor their own mailer *and* the price advertised on their website, leaving me feeling like this was a classic bait-and-switch situation. If they can't even honor something as simple as an oil change, I can't imagine trusting them with anything bigger. It's incredibly frustrating to take time out of my day only to be lied to and disrespected. I promptly walked out and took my business elsewhere, and I strongly suggest anyone reading this do the same. Don't waste your time or money with Vision Hyundai of Henrietta. If they won’t honor their own promotions, what else are they cutting corners on? Save yourself the headache and go somewhere that values their customers and their word! More
