The whole team made the experience seamless, she was overjoyed and they gave her the best birthday experience she has had in years. Eric was great to work with and made sure I received all the trim packages I desired. He presented my offer to manager and I was granted the deal. I got to know the sales manager and the service manager the trim packages I desired. He presented my offer to manager and I was granted the deal. Have been buying cars from Vision for 40 yrs! But just went to get another, and everything seemed to have changed...it didn't seem to be about what's best for the customer anymore, the focus seem But just went to get another, and everything seemed to have changed...it didn't seem to be about what's best for the customer anymore, the focus seemed more about the commissions for the higher managers and the " enhanced, costly warranty push!...thru the yrs, the standard "100,000 mile warranty",was golden! Better than any other dealer offered! But today I found out that warranty is nothing but a shell of its former self ..the warranty guy says any repairs under that has to be due to a " manufacturer defect" now! And he kept pushing to buy the costly enhanced one .forced to watch some dumb video showing the " advantages" of it, very heavy handed sales techniques ....and it would increase my monthly payment substantially..these workers need to respect someone's set amount on what they can pay..instead of pushing so hard and telling you where to cut corners to get this enhancement....I'm a senior on limited income! ...and it seemed like the " numbers" kept getting changed..total cost of car, how much the financing would be, whether there was a rebate, etc! seemed to be a lack of communication between higher level managers and salesman ? ...this place is nothing like it used to be .I was very disappointed..not a pleasant experience, other than the young salesman who helped me, respected my limits, was respectful and courteous. More
