First, the renovation is amazing! It is 1000% better than it used to be. I used to dread having to wait in the previous waiting room. The service rep, Brandon Hazzard Jr, was great! H It is 1000% better than it used to be. I used to dread having to wait in the previous waiting room. The service rep, Brandon Hazzard Jr, was great! He was friendly and communicated well. He wasn’t trying to upsell me on anything. I knew I needed new back brakes and I greatly appreciated when Brandon took me into the shop to have the technician show me my brakes and tell me the options. I was able to see the brakes and make a clear decision. This never used to happen. I am so impressed with the dealership now and the improvements in the service department!! Bravo! More
