First, my service advisor Matt Melino was great about keeping in communication with me during the 2+ weeks my car was there while they tried to find what was causing the problem. And I sure appreciated keeping in communication with me during the 2+ weeks my car was there while they tried to find what was causing the problem. And I sure appreciated the loaner vehicle during that time! However, I wish the service techs had cleaned up after themselves. There was some brownish stuff all over the back seat and grease spots everywhere in the cabin - even the headliner. Some kind of residue all over the dash that I still haven't been able to completely remove. Bits of parts and a tool left behind. I should have given the car a good look before I left the dealership, but I had to be somewhere. Had to spend well over half hour cleaning once I got home :( I don't think they did the usual checkup on the car once the repair was completed (checking and topping off fluids, tire pressures, etc) Everyone was very nice, but I wish they had returned the car to me nice and clean like when I brought it in. More
