While we have reached an acceptable end result, the time it took to get there, and the general delay in communications out from the service department is a problem. There have been multiple times were an issue comes up after dropping off my vehicle for service, having been missed by the service department. Whenever I have recently had my vehicle in for service, I do not receive timely updates, with often the only way I receive an updating behind calling in myself. It is clear that they need to devote less resources to sales, and more resources to service. I have been pestered repeatedly to buy a new car from them by the sales department, while being told that the service department is overloaded with work. Chuck Hardy, you seriously need to reevaluate what your prioritizing here. The "Contact Chuck" part of your website says someone will reach out to someone who has a concern when they reach out to you, but I never received one, which I think is perhaps the best example of the communication issues Vision has. More

Came in for a 9:30 appointment. I was told it would be worked on right away while I waited. After an hour and 45 minutes I finally asked for status. Service advisor says he will check on it - disappeared for 5 minutes before second advisor shows up to say "Give me 20 minutes". Car was not even started. Half hour later it's finally done at noon. Two and 1/2 hours for a half hour job. I previously watched a video online so I knew what had to be done and the simplicity of the job. Amazing no one would have the courtesy to be honest about what was going on. Aparently it was easier to make me wait while nothing was happening. More

Circumstance of repair was ridiculous with a part that is buried behind the engine which required removal of the transmission. Very frustrating. Although, a courtesy vehicle would have been nice but I'm not sure if you provide that or not. But I'm not sure if you provide that or not. The repair itself completely fixed the problem. It was also appreciative of the tech tightening up a skid plate that had been rattling for years. I had brought that up with another dealership in town and they couldn't find anything. This was my first time back to Vision with this truck and will plan on taking it back in the future when needed. More
