I brought my 2017 jeep compass in for some brake work, and when I picked it up the radio wasn't working. They told me they didn't do it and it would cost me over $1000.00. This is after I had already spen and when I picked it up the radio wasn't working. They told me they didn't do it and it would cost me over $1000.00. It took 4 weeks to fix my vehicle, after being told it would take only one week. The communication between the service department and myself was horrible.
