I spent almost all day texting Salina and working out a deal to purchase a truck as a surprise for my husband. Financing was approved. She texted me all the rates EVERYTHING. Because I was flying in to purchase the truck she said to send her my confirmation that I booked my flight and she would remove the truck from being sold. I booked my flight for the next day and sent it. EVERYTHING WAS CONFIRMED. Even as late as 6pm I was in communication with Salina and Amber(?). They were trying to see if someone could get us from the airport. I broke the exciting news to my husband at 7pm (WHICH I HAVE THE RAW EXCITMENT ON VIDEO). At 9pm I got a phone call from Jack saying heard I was flying in to get the truck and told me not to come because they SOLD IT. ARE YOU SERIOUS????Then he put a manager on the phone who was anything but apologetic about the situation. EVEN THOUGH I HAVE TEXT MESSAGES SAYING THEY WERE REMOVING THE TRUCK FORM THE SALES LOT. He claims that because we didn't have a written contract that it absolves them from any liability. Fact is we had an implied contract where specific facts were discussed and I was told once I supplied the information they need regarding my flight that the keys would be pulled and the truck moved to the back. I ALSO VOLUNTEERED TO PAY THE DOWN PAYMENT OVER THE PHONE AS A SHOW OF HOW SERIOUS I WAS. He did not care. He said we will reimbursed you double your plane ticket on Monday when the business office was open but there was nothing they could do the truck was sold. Skip forward to Tuesday when after several calls Andrew FINALLY decided to call me back. I explained the situation that happened- even thought clearly he was WELL AWARE OF IT- he said they sent me a check for my airfare. I explained I was not trying to get a windfall by now means but I need them to reimburse half a day of wages for wasting my time as well as the $120 I sent my mom to drive 3 hours to my house to watch my children so we could fly out there. Mind you my mom had already driven up and was already at my house when they called to cancel. I do not think my request was unreasonable. Someone decided to line their pockets by selling the truck that was verbally set aside for me. I HAVE ALL THE TEXT MESSAGES PERIOD!!!!! So since they felt reimbursing my plane ticket and not the other verifiable reasonable expenses I requested for their mistake I have contacted an attorney and will be filing a claim. Now they can spend triple as much money and time defending themselves when they could have just did the right thing the 1st or 2nd time. I am going to make sure me and my family members post on every social media and internet review platforms about our dealings with them. More

After investigating, I have discovered that Most of the Positive reviews on Google & Facebook are from employees, their families, and friends. MANY are payed Positive reviews too. The entire service department is horrible, Mechanics and all. I have taken my car here three times, and all three times they have broken something and then gaslight me. I will NOT let it happen again, I have quit going here for good, and am extremely happy with a different dealership up here that me and my extended family have all switched to. Don't let the "Chevrolet" name fool you here, it means absolutely nothing. Just because they work on them mostly, does not mean they are any good at fixing them without breaking your stuff. The manager avoided me and forwarded my concerns to the head mechanic that said "sometimes things just break"..... WHAT!!??? More
I have always used the dealerships for my oil changes and have never paid more than one hundred dollars. My local dealership only charges me around eighty six dollars. Victorville Chevrolet charged me 175.00 have never paid more than one hundred dollars. My local dealership only charges me around eighty six dollars. I am a return customer guess I have purchased 15 cars from the these folks, this was different time I have ever had. Both me and the dealership had to give and take to make it work which it did . I very happy with my new Trail Boss except one thing I went over the truck except the fog light.. there are none I was told there were but nope. I purchased a set and was ok with that but the bill of installing us 600 plus, guess they will sit on the shelf for awhile. Will I go back and send my friends there, xxxx YES. Johnny More
Left car smelling like gas and carb cleaner inside, told them brakes grinding they said they're ok till next oil change,definitely a tactic to cause your rotors to go bad to charge you more money, I paid 10 them brakes grinding they said they're ok till next oil change,definitely a tactic to cause your rotors to go bad to charge you more money, I paid 100 more than I should have at a dealer, I can get rotors and pads for 70 and do it myself next time, charged me 500 for oil and front brakes, was quoted 300 for front brakes before rotors were bad then was gonna charge me 700 till I complained they wanted me to ruin rotors first, I suggest firing the technician, to the new owner your gonna go down hill fast if you don't shape up, do onto others as you want done to your self, bad xxxx goes both ways be careful. More
For the record getting service under new Chevrolet ownership has not been enjoyable. I feel I was price gouged for work recently. Plus the vehicle still has issues. If not for an excellent service rep (Mr. David Lam) I would have considered litigation. I have been a customer for over ten years. I even bought my Tahoe from the last owner under the guise of Rancho Chevrolet. At any rate been asking around to all my Chevy buddies & been reading reviews online. Honestly I do not want to get entangled with an unethical car dealership. I'll probably buy my next Chevy down the hill. Thank you for reaching out. But I'm too old to get myself into an unhealthy relationship with any business that cannot offer quality in customer servicing & customer satisfaction. More
The sales dept is great but the SERVICE dept is terrible. Do NOT take your car here because it is "Chevrolet" and you think they will be better because they mostly work "Chevrolet". You will have better luck taking it to another dealer up here. This is by far the Worst Place in the High Desert for anything car related. The worst mechanics and rudest reps. The new management is even worse than the last. All the bad reviews are 100% accurate. I was with this place for over 10 years, Always gave them the benefit of the doubt, well shame on me. If you value your money, and your self , do NOT go here. They are NICE before you give them money, but very COLD after they have taken all your money. Do not trust the "Chevrolet" logo here, it is just another corrupt, petty, low life mechanic shop. To finalize, the MANAGER is a BABY!, he will NOT talk to you directly , just push you off to underlings to avoid any inconveniences in his life. Do not make the same mistake I made :( More
Terrible service from the service department. NO RENTAL CARS! Even if your car is brand new and in for service. Don’t look for help from the service manager, he is A LIAR! Condescending and rude.
