Horrible service department Two years after we purchased our Volt it started having major problems. They had our car for 2 weeks and never gave us the loaner vehicle our extended Two years after we purchased our Volt it started having major problems. They had our car for 2 weeks and never gave us the loaner vehicle our extended warranty (which we also purchased from them) covers. Two days later, the car broke down again. We contacted service for assistance and our calls were not returned. We contacted the GM, Jason, and he said he would look into the situation but never contacted us again. Fortunately, we took the vehicle to Covina Chevrolet. They actually fixed our car, gave us a loaner and only charged us $100. More

Excellent Customer Service They went above and beyond for me when taking my Cadillac in for a simple oil change. Overlooking the car they noticed a scratch on my passenger doo They went above and beyond for me when taking my Cadillac in for a simple oil change. Overlooking the car they noticed a scratch on my passenger door and Joanne offered to have their service department wash my car and buff out the scratch as a courtesy. The willingness to do something above the normal service is very much appreciated. I will continue to have my services done at Victorville Chevrolet ! More
