He made the shopping experience stress free and is the reason I made my first Chevrolet purchase years ago, and the reason I came back this year to upgrade. Daniel’s knowledge of the vehicles’ features helped me make an informed decision on the right one for me. He made sure I test drove any vehicle which I had an interest in and the whole experience was not rushed, nor did I feel pressured to make a purchase. The great service did not end after the sale. Daniel made sure I had his contact information and let me know he was available for any questions or concerns that came up. Thank you Daniel Crowley for being “Our Guy” at Victorville Chevy. More

Went in for a $95 oil change and wanted to diagnose why the car sometimes loses power preventing ignition. I suspect that it might possibly be a wire to the battery or something to do with the security bu the car sometimes loses power preventing ignition. I suspect that it might possibly be a wire to the battery or something to do with the security built into the radio, which has malfunctioned. The radio screen is completely non-responsive as the touch system has failed. For a diagnostic fee of $189, all that was done was to acknowledge the radio was broken and that it would cost over $1300 to replace, with over $500 of the cost being labor. Repairs were refused because of the cost, thereby not being able to waive the $189 diagnostic fee although there was nothing really to diagnose regarding the radio--my issue was more of why the car sometimes does not turn on. Strangely, that diagnosis is not mentioned anywhere in the summary of services performed. This dealership is set on extremely high labor costs and inflated hourly estimates. It's one thing to sell a relatively cheaply built stock radio for over $700. It's a genuine part sold thru a dealership--I get that. However, there is no way it should cost in excess of $500 to install. In the end, I feel like I paid $263 for an oil change and a quote, not a diagnosis. Because of greed, the dealership lost a repeat car-buying customer. More
This past visit was the best I have had over the last 2 years. Everyone was friendly and the service was quicker than usual. The staff actually walked around the sitting area to see if the customer was t years. Everyone was friendly and the service was quicker than usual. I was really thinking about taking my service else where but maybe some changes were made in staff and how customers should be treated. More
Dealership returned my car without my remote control and tried to convince me that I did not have on when the car came in. The car was towed in due to an ignition malfunction. Instead of replacing my remo tried to convince me that I did not have on when the car came in. The car was towed in due to an ignition malfunction. Instead of replacing my remote control for safety, they opted to give me a $100 voucher to be used for service or repair. I am not happy about that. This was a $1500+ repair cost. More
