Horrible service department talked me into doing a coolant flush then broke a hose and my car overheated. Most recently took my car in for an oil change and they tell me my car is leaking oil.. had th coolant flush then broke a hose and my car overheated. Most recently took my car in for an oil change and they tell me my car is leaking oil.. had them show me where and asked what part is this and they said we can’t tell you you would have to get a diagnostic and would be charged for a loaner car. My Corvette Stingray hadn't been driven much over the previous year and it needed oil, cabin filters, battery, and general maintenance. I had to leave the vehicle for several days as other things were mo previous year and it needed oil, cabin filters, battery, and general maintenance. I had to leave the vehicle for several days as other things were more pressing. The car looked and drove like new when I picked it up. The only negative was that we had to request to have the car brought to us after we paid the service charges. More

I had problems with my back window on my 2019 Silverado high country the back window was leaking had to take it back two different times when I dropped off my truck it was clean when I got it back it had m high country the back window was leaking had to take it back two different times when I dropped off my truck it was clean when I got it back it had mud all over it or under the fender wells and on my runningboards also it had gas when I dropped it off when I picked it up the gas light was on also when I wash my truck today it was adhesive all over the top of the cab of my truck that’s very very unacceptable More

My truck(Chevy Colorado) was on warranty service. 1. Appointment didn't mean anything at this service center. I had an appointment 8:30 in the morning time but didn't check until around 2:00 pm. 2 1. Employee (Dwight) He doesn't explain clearly and never pick up the phone. 3. Their warranty service is not recommendable. Dwight worked with my vehicle Mon. morning through Fri. evening and I picked up Sat. morning but there were another problem. Handle was distort to the left so I return to service. Finally David took care of this issue at same day. If some one has to be on this service center I recommend David. More
