From the moment we entered the little booth to discuss the work needed (with a scheduled appoin I came in to have a few services done for my suburban. Sales representatives would walk by without a smile. Everyone was too busy to say hello or anything. It took over 2.5 hours to get a small service complete. I had to ask several times as to when my services will be complete or if we could just have an update. I was told in a Brush if manner that it would be a few more minutes m. Of the dealerships my family and I have been too, this is by far the worst. My 10 month old child was fussy at one point and a few service people would walk by and give dirty angry looks. We will not return for any sort of business. More

I was shocked. They showed me the Exact dollar amount of the car, how much tax would be in my county and what it would cost to license the car and that was it. It was a pleasure doing business this way, not feeling like you were being taken advantage of and you were doing an Upfront, truthful deal. They had told me that the business was recently purchased from a new owner.
