PLEASE DO NOT ERASE I WANT TO MAKE SURE THIS IS PUBLIC. This has been the most dishonest dealership I have ever dealt with—completely untrustworthy. Despite purchasing two Escalades from this deal This has been the most dishonest dealership I have ever dealt with—completely untrustworthy. Despite purchasing two Escalades from this dealership on the same day, I was met with nothing but excuses and unkept promises regarding the lease of a 2024 Lyriq a week later. It is absolutely unacceptable for the general manager, Mr. Diaz, to look a customer in the eye, shake their hand, and promise to deliver a car at an agreed-upon price, only to later provide excuses about needing more time and suddenly claim that the other car is no longer available because the dealership owner sold it. That is, quite frankly, one of the most absurd excuses I’ve ever heard. This behavior reflects unprofessionalism and a complete lack of integrity. If a dealership is unable to honor an agreement, the least they can do is be upfront and say, “We’re sorry, but we cannot complete this deal.” We have to let you go as a customer. This level of dishonesty and mismanagement is not only unacceptable but also leaves a lasting NEGATIVE impression on both your business and the Cadillac brand. As I promised the general manager, a detailed letter, along with copies of text messages illustrating this dishonesty, will be sent to Cadillac headquarters. It is incredibly disappointing and disheartening to experience such behavior, but the Vera owner, other consumers, and Cadillac leadership need to be made aware of these practices. More

Amazingly and conveniently the other car I was interested in leasing is no longer available because the dealership owner sold it. These excuses reflect unprofessionalism and a complete lack of integrity. If you are unable to deliver on a product or agreement, the least you can do is be honest and say, “We’re sorry, but we cannot complete this deal.” This level of dishonesty and mismanagement is unacceptable and leaves a lasting negative impression on your business and more importantly on the Cadillac brand. Words can’t express how many countless times Gus & Leo have genuinely had my back. Rich definitely knows how to hire legends. I have more cars then I can handle but my Escalades..dealing or rather being have genuinely had my back. Rich definitely knows how to hire legends. They keep me going, literally! There’s no way I could maintain my fleet w superb excellence and in top shape of all my Escalades if it literally wasn’t for Rich (Vera Cadillac Superiority in Everything- Sales, Repairs, & Family like Mentality, his Customers Service for his clients and genuine love for his entire team) Gus (Genuine Customer Support, High Emotional Intelligence & Leadership) and Leo( Wickedly fast wit and know how w almost every model Cadillac) I wouldn’t be in business. Nathan is fantastic. But my 2024 Mazda only came with one key and Vera won’t pay for a second key. I never thought when vehicle shopping I would need to ask if it comes But my 2024 Mazda only came with one key and Vera won’t pay for a second key. I never thought when vehicle shopping I would need to ask if it comes with 2 keys. They feel I am responsible for purchasing a second key. I just spent over $30,000. And Vera can’t provide a second key. I was told had I bought my car at a Mazda dealership I could get a second key at no cost. So that tells me I should have made my purchase at a Mazda dealership. Not happy having to spend more $$$ for a key fob!!! More
