After dealing with two other dealerships—including Ed Morse Bayview Cadillac—who made me feel like I was crazy and didn't know what I was talking about, Michael and Leo actually listened and worked together to give me a phenomenal experience.My rebuilt engine from the previous dealer was lagging and bogging down. Vera Cadillac immediately investigated and discovered it had the incorrect oil and the wrong service bulletin applied. Thanks to them, they fixed it and my vehicle runs strong again with my fuel economy fully restored to normal!On top of that, they were the only dealer out of three to finally solve why my Night Vision camera was failing. While others dismissed the issue, Vera found that the ambient temperature sensor was both faulty and out of position. They replaced and repositioned it, completely fixing the camera.If you own a Cadillac in the area, do not waste your time anywhere else. Take it to Vera Cadillac. Michael, Leo, and the mechanics there are brilliant, thorough, and highly recommended! More
