I went to the dealership to look at a Kia Sorento, Patty my sales person was very knowledgeable and easy to work with. When it came time to talk about the financial side of buying a car Patty and Wayne mad my sales person was very knowledgeable and easy to work with. When it came time to talk about the financial side of buying a car Patty and Wayne made the process easy and stress free. They worked with me on the price and were not satisifed until I was happy with the overall deal on the car. I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a car. More

We had just had a bad experience with another Kia dealer when I called and spoke with Jeff Ross. I explained what we were looking for as far as price and service. He worked with us and found the perfect ca when I called and spoke with Jeff Ross. I explained what we were looking for as far as price and service. He worked with us and found the perfect car for us. We spent a small amount of time working directly with Jeff and the finance department and walked away with the car of our dreams! We were very happy with the integrity shown to us while there! I have to say that this experience dealing with VanDevere Kia was actually pleasant!~ Not something we have ever had the pleasure of saying in the past. We are very impressed with all the departments we were exposed to, as well. We were impressed that a member of the service department came over and explained what to expect (and even gave us an appointment for 90 days to make sure all service was planned!). We were introduced to the Finance Manager who walked through the process before actually beginning the process. Jeff was beside us each step of the way, introducing us to the department representatives. All in all, we were extremely impressed with the ENTIRE car shopping experience. We definately will refer VanDevere to anyone we can. Thank you so much! More

We purchased our Kia from another dealer but get service from VanDevere. I ended up choosing another dealership because I didn't care for the sale guy (whose name I can't remember). Regardless our Sorento h from VanDevere. I ended up choosing another dealership because I didn't care for the sale guy (whose name I can't remember). Regardless our Sorento had the engine light come on and the car stalled. We got it back on and my wife got home safely. I called in and spoke with Lisa who was very nice and said we could drop it off the same day to get it looked at. I dropped off the truck and she got it right in and fortunately it needed a sensor replaced. We were back on the road in a few hours time. It is very important since my wife is ready to have our second child any day and we need to have our truck safe and on the road. We felt she went above and beyond by getting it in for service the same day. She was also very pleasant to deal with which is not necessarily always the case when going to dealerships or shops. This Kia service department definitely gets customer service. Thank you Lisa for taking care of us. We will surly be back for future repairs and service!! More

I had a great experience dealing with Jeff Ross for the purchase of our new Kia Sorento. He was very patient and spent a lot of time showing me the different vehicles available. We took our time My wife and I visited Vandevere Kia last week to look at the Kia Sorrento. Kyle Jones was the sales person that we worked with. We took our time comb through the large selection of Sorrento's available at the dealership. Kyle was very patient with us throughout this process, and was able to answer all of our questions. After test driving several of the Sorrento's we decided to try and work out a deal on the one we liked best. Due to a work commitment we had to leave before a deal could be reached. We continued a dialog with Kyle throughout the evening and were eventually able to work out a deal we liked. Throughout the entire process Kyle was very professional, and knowledgeable. I would definitely recommend Vandevere, and Kyle Jones to anyone interested in buying a Kia. More
