We took our time comb through the large selection of Sorrento's available at the dealership. Kyle was very patient with us throughout this process, and was able to answer all of our questions. After test driving several of the Sorrento's we decided to try and work out a deal on the one we liked best. Due to a work commitment we had to leave before a deal could be reached. We continued a dialog with Kyle throughout the evening and were eventually able to work out a deal we liked. Throughout the entire process Kyle was very professional, and knowledgeable. I would definitely recommend Vandevere, and Kyle Jones to anyone interested in buying a Kia. More
I came to VanDevere Kia after being insulted and lied to by another local dealership which will remain unnamed (not a KIA dealership, not a VanDevere dealership). I stopped in at VanDevere Kia fifteen minut by another local dealership which will remain unnamed (not a KIA dealership, not a VanDevere dealership). I stopped in at VanDevere Kia fifteen minutes before closing time on a Tuesday-I just wanted to look at and sit inside a Kia Rio. I had no intention of buying a car that night due to the lack of time. Jeff Ross and Kyle Jones began answering my questions and telling me they would try to find me an automatic Kia Rio as they did not have one on the lot. They were not pushy and did not try to talk me into buying more car than I wanted. I wrote down a description of my needs in a Rio and they said they would call me the next morning by 10 am to let me know if they could find one. At one minute until 10 am the following day, Jeff called and said they found me a car!! They started the paperwork and I bought my car the next day. Jeff and Kyle worked as a team on the entire process. I got what I wanted for my trade-in, the transaction went smoothly, they were friendly, professional and fun. I have NEVER had fun buying a car before...it is usually very, very stressful. I highly recommend VanDevere Kia and would suggest asking for JEFF ROSS and/or KYLE JONES if you want a great sales person! I thought it was so great the way they helped each other and worked as a team, I started calling them Batman and Robin!! They certainly saved me from a BAD deal at the other dealership! Kyle was the first Salesman at VanDevere that I dealt with. I came in to look at what they had and had the intention of buying brand new in a few months. I was basically doing my research so when the time came, I knew the car, the dealership and the salesman. Eventually the time came that I wanted a slightly used and Kyle what the salesman I chose due to his unrivaled friendliness and overall knowledge and ability to answer my questions. He was not going to push me into a car when I told him, I was NOT going to buy. When I came in the second time he was in the middle of a deal and introduced me to Jeff Ross, who eventually made the sale of a BRAND new 2012 Kia Forte Koup. Kyle helped out throughout the process too. He made sure I was taken care of and that they did everything they could to get me into the car I wanted for a price I could afford. Thanks Kyle! :) More

Due to Jeff's informative sales presentation and friendly demeanor, my husband and I chose to purchase our 2012 Kia Sedona from Van Devere Kia. They gave us a great deal and the whole process of car-buying, which can be so stressful at best, was pleasant and even fun and exciting. Jeff also gave many sodas and popcorn to my children! We drove an hour from the Alliance area to buy a 2011 Optima because our local Kia dealership has a bad reputation. Ron and DeWayne were extremely nice and willing to do whatever we needed. The finance dept. could use some help because we completed our deal with our salesman but had to wait another three or four hours to sign the papers because they were so backed up. My wife had to leave for work and they were going to drive an hour to us so she could sign the papers. The whole time we were waiting those guys kept checking on us and getting drinks for my son and appologizing for the wait even though it was no fault of theirs and they had other customers. The finance lady I dealt with was also very nice they could just use a few more people at least on Satudays. I will definately be going back there first for my next vehicle purchase and will recommend everyone I know to go there. Incredible customer service. More
