Purchased a brand new car about three weeks ago. They didn't have the color I wanted there on the lot so I was told I would have to wait two DAYS for the one I wanted. I called back two days later to fin didn't have the color I wanted there on the lot so I was told I would have to wait two DAYS for the one I wanted. I called back two days later to find out that my sales rep no longer worked there and that they ordered the wrong color car. So two DAYS turned into two WEEKS. called back to check on my car now that its been two weeks and still no car. Called again today and they're telling me they have no idea when its coming in. All along the way they told me there was nothing they could do for me and since my sales rep no longer worked there that they couldn't prove that they ordered the wrong color. So here I am waiting over TWO WEEKS for a car I put money down on and still no car. Never will buy from this dealership again and I suggest you don't unless you actually see the car on the lot you're buying. More

I purchased a 2010 Kia Forte EX from VanDevere and I love it! They actually sold the car I was coming in to purchase, so they found me the exact car I wanted! I told them I wanted a 2010 Forte EX with under it! They actually sold the car I was coming in to purchase, so they found me the exact car I wanted! I told them I wanted a 2010 Forte EX with under 40k miles, black exterior, ect. I had the keys in my hand in less than 2 weeks! The car only came with one key and no keyless entry remote. I decided that I was going to purchase one, and then they called me to say that they had come in after the car came in so they sent them to me for free! They easily could have sold it to me for regular price and I would have no clue, but they were honest. My only complaint is that the car has a cigarette burn about the size of my thumb in the back seat. I also had to contact the dealer several times to get prices on vehicles and it took them a few days to return my calls at first. Other than that, GREAT experience! More

Both Jeff and Kyle Took rally good care of us and took us out to our new cars and explained the controls and all the neat "toys" we got with each car. I would definately refer people them and have already! Thanks again!! More

WOW, what a wonderful experience. And I never thought I would say that about car salesman or a dealership. We went to many dealerships looking for a new car. No dealership had or would get us the car we wanted. But when we came to Kia Vandevere we met Jeff Ross, we found him to be very friendly and knowlegde dealership had or would get us the car we wanted. But when we came to Kia Vandevere we met Jeff Ross, we found him to be very friendly and knowlegdeable and ready to help us find the car we wanted. No hard sell, he let the car sell itself by explaining and demostrating what the car had in it. When we found the type of car we wanted, it was not available in their lot so he went the extra distance to find the Kia we wanted, and got it from another Kia dealership. The overall experience was great thanks to Jeff. We are very happy with our new Kia Sportage, and would recommend him and Kia VanDevere to everyone. Thank you Jeff and the staff at Kia Vandevere.
