We were looking to replace my son's car after an accident. We found what we wanted on-line 2 hours away in another state. We called the dealership and spoke with Tyler. From the moment we walked in, we were lied to and even though from a web chat, phone call and through the introduction they knew we were interested in a used Soul, they showed us every new they had instea though from a web chat, phone call and through the introduction they knew we were interested in a used Soul, they showed us every new they had instead. For three hours we endured side stepping, being left alone and then shown what we did not want to see. When we insisted on seeing what we came in for, we found that their internet site was a joke as the two vehicles we made sure to point out, were NOT as the website described and then, when we pointed that out, they said negated the blame to something called I T, even though the Vandevere is all over the site. Needless to say, by the time we left, the so called Christian Dealership was showing anything but Christian charity and love and I have to say that when my wife and I started to speak up for ourselves, The way all the salesmen appeared around us was very impressive. I mean I may still be a big man at 56, but with my hip out, holding onto a cane and in pain, I really don't think I gave off any kind of threatening impression, at least none that would require seven good size salesmen to appear for the first time since we got there. when we first came here to look at cars, i was pregnant and needed something safe and reliable. they were having a B1G1 sale. i got a sorento and my husband took the free spectra. they stayed until after c and needed something safe and reliable. they were having a B1G1 sale. i got a sorento and my husband took the free spectra. they stayed until after closing time to make sure everything was complete and we wouldnt have to come back the next day. we have had our cars for 3yrs now and are still in love with the dealership. until we got these cars, my husband used to do his own oil changes and i used to go to a 10min quicky place. we both now bring our cars to the dealership to get all of our services because they are honest and make sure we are only getting the services we need at that time. they recently changed the oil change times from 3000 miles/4 months to 3000 miles/6 months. i stopped in at my 4 month mark last time expecting to get my service and jay told me about the change before my service so that i didnt have to waste my time/money. things like that are why they have customers for life!
