I didn't go to buy a car, but I met Patrick and I did. I had a 1913 Kia Soul with only 4,800 miles on it but went to VanDevere's to see if the 2015 model was in yet. He was able to explain how best I could trade mine and get the most for it. I drove my new 2014 home knowing if it hadn't been for the kind treatment I received from Patrick that I would never know what a difference there is in the two vehicles. After a phone call from VanDevere and a visit to drive a KIA Sportage with Ed Wolfe, the sales associate, I knew a late model Sportage was the car for me. I went into the service center because of an issue with my car mirror. I talked to Joe on the phone before I came in and he told me to ask for him when I arrived. I've never met Mike before, but he got me set up; and then he and Lisa took the time to make me feel welcome and talk to me while I was waiting. The service was quick as usual.
