I was a bit defensive as my previous experience with other dealerships was not so great. I liked working with Willie because he was direct in his communication. Willie was informative and was able to answer many of my questions. Willie was also very positive. During the week of 04/21/14 I decided to look at new car as mine had over 205,00 I was the owner of a 2005 Nissan Altima which I purchased brand new. During the week of 04/21/14 I decided to look at new car as mine had over 205,000 miles on it. This car was still running as good as the day It was purchased. I moved to Colorado in 2006 and this car was serviced at Valley Nissan for everything from that time on. Their service consultant that always took care of me is Norm. On Friday, 04/25/14 my Wife and I went to Valley Nissan, this was after going to several other Nissan dealers. The sales person that took care of us was Zac FitzGerald. He took time to explain all the features on the SL model that I was interested in. We took a test drive and found the car to be superb. We than discussed prices at which time I advised Zac we would think about it and get back to him. My Wife and I reviewed all the prices we had gotten from the dealers and decided that we were very pleased with Valley Nissan and the very professional manner in which Zac handled himself. We went back on Saturday, 04/26/14 and discussed trading in our 2005 Altima. The trade in price and the bottom line price that Valley Nissan and quoted to us for the new Altima was such that we purchased the new car at that time. I would not hesitate to recommend Valley Nissan to any person looking for a new car. More

When I told the service guy on the phone, perhaps he could have said - yup, seen this before, need a new bar, and we will replace it for you in one visit. Nope, had to go in, have them play with it and confirm that it needs a new bar, and you need to come back again when we get the part. So I take it in again. While drilling out the screws in the old rack, the mechanic looses control of his drill and scratches the roof paint. Uh hello, put down a protector pad first eh? So now I have to leave the truck there several days while they repaint the roof. At least they're making it right, and giving me a loaner during the process, but you know, really.... More

THESE ARE DISHONEST PEOPLE. They will tell you whatever it takes to make a sale. DO NOT BUY FROM VALLEY NISSAN. Clearly when you read these reveiews I'm not the first person to have this experience. I specifically asked if a maintenance plan which came with my brand new truck was good at other dealerships, or whether I would have to drive down to longmont to get an oil change (2 hours round trip for me). I made the mistake of telling the salesman, Evan Bathauer, that this was a condition for me buying the truck. Evan said he would go and ask his boss and he went and talked to someone, came back, and told me I was good to go and that I could take my truck in anywhere for the included Nissan service. They were obviously just trying to make a sale as this was definitely not the case. Two phone calls to the dealership were ignored, probably because they know they are full of it. When I finally got a hold of the sales manager, Louie, he told me that since I didn't have anything in writing that I was out of luck. I know its not the biggest deal but it shows how these people like to do buisness. They will lie to you to take you your money. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE. DO NOT BUY A VEHICLE FROM VALLEY!!!!!! More
